We are seeking to appoint a person, skilled in community involvement, who will lead the further development, and implementation, of Optima’s community engagement activities. You will be responsible for ensuring residents are supported and developed to give them the skills to effectively engage in a range of resident scrutiny activities, including joining Optima’s Board. You will also be responsible for working with residents to critically assess the outcomes of resident engagement activities.
