HCA makes new high calibre appointments
Three new appointments have been made to the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).
Stephen Muers, head of strategy at the Office of Climate Change will join as head of policy and performance; Keith Kerslake, head of communications at Hampshire Council will perform the same role at the HCA; and Robin Caven, previously chief commercial officer at project management and construction company Lend Lease, is the new head of private finance.
Sir Bob Kerslake, HCA chief executive, said: ‘There is a lot for our new appointees to achieve in giving a national context to our work and supporting our primary focus on local delivery, and I am pleased we’ve been able to attract individuals of such high calibre and broad experience.’
